The application of polymer flooding technology has improved oil recovery,which brings great reinjection treatment problems by large number of high viscosity sewage containing polyacrylamide with stable property.Improving the reinjection treatment effect of sewage containing polyacrylamide has promotion significance for the widespread application of polymer flooding technology.Using electrochemical oxidation technology is one of the most effective approaches to lower the viscosity and degrade polymer of sewage containing polyacrylamide.Electro-Fenton has been widely used because of effect of oxidization,flocculation,flotation.Based on the electrochemical reactor which was self-designed and prepared simulation of sewage containing polyacrylamide,and single factor method has been used to research the influence of treatment effect of current intensity,reaction time and H2O2 adding amount in the condition of static state and dynamic state.And influence of mineralization degree,oil content and impurity content to electrochemical oxidation of simulation of sewage containing polyacrylamide has been studied.The results shows that,under the condition of static state,the treatment effect of sewage containing polyacrylamide is excellect,under current intensity of 2A,reaction time of 10 minutes,H2O2 adding amount of 30 mg/L,degradation rate of polyacrylamide is above 90%.The adverse effect to the electrochemical oxidation will take place when the mineralization degree is above 10000 mg/L,oil content is above 160 mg/L,and impurity content is above 160 mg/L.At the same time,the pilot electrochemical reactor with volume of 24 L has been applied for polyacrylamide sewage treatment of electrochemical oxidation method.First,orthogonal test and single factor method were conducted by using a small-sized electrochemical reactor to confirmed the optimal electrode parameters.And then,pilot verification tests were conducted by pilot electrochemical reactor which were made by magnification and optimization of small-sized electrochemical reactor.The results show that optimal treatment condition of current intensity is 1.6A,electrolysis time is 10 minutes,H2O2 adding amount is 20 mg/L,the degradation rate is upon 53%.The result of pilot verification tests shows that the degradation rate of pilot verification tests is a little more than the degradation rate of lab-scale experiment,the degradation rate is upon 60%,and magnification process is feasible.In this paper,fourier transform infrared spectrum method and gel chromatography assay are used to analyzed and inferred the electrochemical oxidation mechanism of the wastewater containing polyacrylamide.The result shows,amide group hydrolysis,molecular chain breakage and flocculating setting are happened during the degradation process.
