The Preparation Of Sulfate Scale Inhibitor And The Collaborative Action Research Of Scale Inhibitor And Corrosion Inhibitor

Aiming at serious sulfate scale fouling problem of water injection system in Changqing some production plant,in the paper,a kind of barium sulfate scale scale inhibitor was developed.Quaternary polymer scale inhibitor AMSA was synthesized of good scale inhibition effect on barium sulfate,calcium sulfate and calcium carbonate scale.Corrosion inhibitor,glucose phosphate GPM,was synthesized with glucose and phosphate as reaction monomers through esterification.Based on screening and distribution of market and synthetic anti-scaling inhibitors,the composite sulfate scale scale corrosion inhibitor HSZGJ-1,HSZGJ–2 was obtained.（1）A new kind of quaternary polymer scale inhibitor AMSA,intergrating ester base,carboxyl,hydroxyl,phosphonic acid base and so on,was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization with acrylic acid（AA）,maleic anhydride（MA）,sodium phosphite （SHP） and 2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid（AMPS）as reaction monomers,water as solvent,hydrogen peroxide as initiator,the mixture of transition metal ions as catalyst.The results show that the best monomer ratio of AMSA scale inhibition effect of BaSO4 scale is m（AA）:m（MA）: m（SHP）: m（AMPS）= 7: 7: 3: 2.When the dosage of AMSA is 90 mg/L,AMSA of BaSO₄ scale inhibition rate is as high as 95%,the CaSO4 scale inhibition rate can reach 90%and the scale of CaCO₃ scale inhibition rate can reach more than 80%.The mechanism of scale inhibition AMSA is mainly for chelating,lattice distortion and dispersion effect.（2）A new type of glucose phosphate GPM was synthesized by esterification reaction principle with glucose and phosphate as reaction monomers.The results show that the optimal technological conditions for synthesis of GPM is glucose and the molar ratio of 3: 1,reaction temperature of 110℃ and reaction time of 5h.When the dosage of GPM is 60 mg/L,it could make the corrosion rate of A3 steel reduce from 0.1362 mm/a to 0.0526 mm/a,the corrosion rate was 62.87% in a simulated corrosion medium.（3）The synergy was researched between the screening of the good performance of commercial scale inhibitors,synthetic polymer scale inhibitor AMSA,synthetic glucose phosphate corrosion inhibitor GPM and dispersants.According to certain proportiondistribution,a series of scale and corrosion inbitors were developed.Composite scale and corrosion inhibitors HSZGJ-1,HSZGJ-2 and composite scale inhibitor HMZJ-1 were obtained through scale corrosion experiments in BaSO₄ scaling and corrosion of A3 steel rate as examining index.（4）The scale inhibition and corrosion inhibition of HSZGJ-1,HSZGJ-2 were tested in the mineralized water simulation.The most easy to produce sulfate scale of on-site mixed water samples in the production plant was used to test the scale inhibition and corrosion inhibition of HSZGJ-1,HSZGJ-2,obtaining good comprehensive corrosion scale effect.
