The situation of our country energy shortage is more and more serious and the demand is increasing quickly,the energy conservation has become the focus of today's global problem.In the active development of new energy in our country,paying more and more attention to the recycle of the energy such as wastewater at the same time.The wastewater from public bathrooms includes more waste heat resources.The waste heat recoveried from the concentration of discharged wastewater can not only reduce the water thermal pollution,reduce fuel consumption but also have a profound impact for environment protection.The wastewater discharged from public bathroom contains impurities,which has a strong impact on the heat transfer effect of the exchanger in waste heat recovery device.Thus in this paper,proposing the wall heat transfer mode of heat recovery.The wall heat transfer model in thermal efficiency is generally not high.The way to explore the different factors affecting the wall heat transfer effect.,three-dimensional unsteady mathematical models were established according to the changes of temperature in bath wastewater recycling pool and simplified the bath astewater recycling pool as cavity.Using the FLUENT software to simulate the changes of temperature and speed of wastewater in a square cavity on the numerical simulations over time.For temperature,the different area and shape of recycling pool wal,five models were established.Simulation calculation of the temperature and the velocity field in the process of heat bath wastewater.The temperature and velocity distribution were analyzed for different models in the same heat transfer time.Determine the best temperature dropping model after heat exchanging.Bath wastewater heat recovery system is put forward and respectively chose the wall heat transfer model and tube and shell heat exchanger as waste heat recovery and utilization of heat exchanger.The temperature of the wastewater after heat exchange and the recycling of wastewater recycling pool heat were calculated and chose the water source heat pump units based on this model.Calculated the required heat exchange area of the wastewater recycling and obtained the relationship between cold water temperature and flow rate.In addition,obtained the percentage of the gas fuel consumption reducing that using waste heat recovery system proposed in this paper.
