With the development of woodworking industry and the improvement of the quality of life, the process of wood have been becoming more and more elaborate,which result in the decrease of the size of dust particles which created during the process. Similarly the requirement for dust collection is becoming more and more rigorous, especially for those Small and Medium Enterprises(SME) in which most small process equipment is difficult in collecting dusts. These SMEs widely use mobile bag filter which have higher dedusting efficiency handling wood flour and other wee dusts. As a result of the decrease of the size of dusts and with the possibility of conflagration which can be triggered during the work process by static, we should control electronic static discharge which happens during the process. Therefore the study on static buildup of these process and equipment and change rules of the dusts movement are becoming more and more significant.The wood dust as research subjects.This paper investigate representative furniture production process that apply to most woodworking enterprises and which are able to produce an amount of dusts. During the research, by creating a real production environment with using experiment instruments that we had got we tested the concentration of the dusts beside the mobile bag filter and the bag surface electrostatic voltage and the data of the temperature. We analyze all these above test results and discuss the wood dust in the periphery of the variation of workshop equipment, bag surface static voltage distribution variation and if bag surface temperature can direct reaction bag surface electrostatic potential accumulation or not. We focus on the following works:1. We collected the relative materials of the character of wood dusts and theory foundation of electrostatic accumulation. We analyzed the influence factors of dusts movement rules and the change of electrostatic accumulation.Combining with occupational hazards and air pollution monitoring distribution principle, we designed dust monitoring programs and the distribution voltage data acquisition distribution scheme, and at the same time, we select the appropriate test environment, equipment and programs in order to establish the real related test model.2. We analyze relation between the dust concentration surrounding system as well as the distribution conditions and the work time as well as the distance from the dust source to the center, which provide a theoretical basis for optimizing dust collection and control means.3. Through the measured data on the surface of each bag filter system to monitor the position of the static voltage value, analysis and monitoring of the relationship between long positions and the accumulated value of the static voltage static voltage accumulation system and work conditions influencing parameters.4. According to the measured data baghouse system to monitor the position of the surface of each static voltage and temperature values, we established an equation among electrostatic accumulation, temperature and time, in order to acquire the relationship among static temperature, time and electrostatic pressure.Finally calculate the formula of accumulation of static voltage value.This paper measured and analyze the dust concentration, electrostatic pressure and temperature in a real production environment. Thereby we obtained the related influence factors, change rules and calculation formula of static voltage accumulation, work time and surface temperature, which have a reference value for controlling the dust fire and explosion.
