The spontaneous combustion of coal caused by air Leakage in the mine is always a hazards threat of mine production.The buried depth of Suancigou coal seam is relatively shallow,and the fully-mechanized caving methods lead to more serious leakage to the mine, specially in the face of the return air side there is a large quantity of air leakage, caused serious harm to the return air side workers,therefore, the study of air leakage prevention techniques of Suancigou Mine has guiding significance to the issues of air leakage control of surrounding mine.The paper is in the study of air Leakage of 6 upcoal of 109 in Suancigou with theoretical analysis, field measurement and numerical simulation methods. First, we can derive that there may be air leakage channel above the coal roof and Contact Lane closed of the goaf through the study of geology, topography data. Then field test to detect the presence of air leakage to the coal seam goaf from near goaf by releasing tracer gas SF6,and found surface leakage obvious in surface negative pressure leakage tests. To simulate through FLUENT software of the CFD, and established porous flow model of gobs through the simplification parameters.Geted that the adjacent goaf air leakage lead to low oxygen concentration in return corner, consistent with the measured; Plugging Contact Lane closed is used to governance leakage problem.Through the study of goaf leakage problem in 109 working face of 6 coals, we can get the leakage law and governance methods of Suancigou mine, to provide a reference for the air leakage problem of surrounding mine and to provides valuable experience for production safety of coal mine.
