Electromagnetic forming is a kind of high speed forming method, which belongs to high energy rate forming technology. It can directly or indirectly with the completion of the workpiece forming, sizing and fine pressure processing, and with the traditional pressure processing compared with processing cost is low, no pollution to the environment, forming high precision, small rebound, improve the ability of local deformation, good repeatability, does not affect the material performance and it is applicable to aviation aluminum, magnesium, titanium and difficult to form material.So the electromagnetic forming has important scientific significance and application value to improve the level of aviation manufacturing.This paper given out the tube forming the solenoid coil and sheet forming with planar spiral coil the magnetic field strength vector expressions by summarizing the electromagnetic forming rules of general metals, and using the knowledge of electromagnetic theory. According to the forming principle, formulated the Tc1 titanium alloy welding fittings port electromagnetic round the school and TC4 titanium alloy round holes in sheet metal electromagnetic flanging process experiment.Designed the experiment plan, and independently developed the related test equipment.The experimental results that using the method of the electromagnetic technology of TC1 titanium alloy welded pipe roundness correct processing which can improve the forming limit of titanium alloy material at room temperature and control the resilience and it also can completely replace the artificial suppression of jack to correct roundness and greatly reduces the labor intensity, improving the production efficiency and accuracy. At room temperature using the technology craft of the electromagnetic assisted stamping forming process of TC4 sheet round hole flanging with driven piece which can completely avoid the flanging hole defects such as ellipse, the flange plane warping. The equipment of it is simple, safe and controllable and mould with high efficiency.According to the experimental data, this paper obtained the electromagnetic forming titanium alloy piece deformation law that equipment of the discharge voltageis dominant deformation effect is the main influence parameters before works not to stick or to reach extreme. The work's size also increases gradually by increasing the forming of discharge voltage. Each specific materials and the size of the works itself has its optimum discharge voltage of the electromagnetic forming value.
