Ordinary polyurethane grouting reinforced materials releases amount of heat when curing reaction happens and has a higher restored temperature. This study investigated Ordinary Polyurethane grouting reinforced materials?adding flame retardant polyurethane grouting material and Self-controlling Temperature Polyurethane Grouting Reinforced Materials and analyze the mechanism of self-controlling temperature.The result indicates as follow: The highest stored temperature of ordinary polyurethane grouting reinforced materials is 156.0?, compressive strength is 42.7MPa. The compound use of tribromoneopentyl alcohol and DMMP can exert a synergetic effect the materials and consequently increase the related properties. Specifically, when the doping percent reaches 24%(tribromoneopentyl alcohol/DMMP=1:2), the compressive strength of polyurethane grouting materials is 45.5Mpa and the oxygen index is 24.3. The target production was prepared by mixing the white materials with self-controlling agent and black materials. It could increase the relate properties when the content of self-controlling agent is 10-15%. The highest stored temperature is 101.5? and the compressive strength is 58.7Mpa when the content of self-controlling agent is 12%. The analysis showed that the first barrier of self-limiting temperature is just caused by dehydration absorbing heat of solid spheres containing Si(OH)4, and the second barrier of self-limiting temperature is caused by vaporization absorbing heat of water solution in annular cracks. The two barrier can limit the temperature effectively.
