Research On First Mining Area Gas Treatment Technology Of Maidizhang Coal Mine

According to the coal seam is unstable and gas content is high in Maidizhang first mining area, the gas through exhaust of the mine is limited, in order to ensure the safety of mining, and the gas treatment technology scheme of the first mining area high gas coal seam working face was put forward.First of all, through cross layer bore hole to measure gas pressure in the appropriate position, by bedding bore hole measured attenuation coefficient and etc. of the coal seam gas parameters were measured, combined with the nearby coal mine's gas basic parameters the measurement result were amend and accurate data were obtained; Secondly, using separate source method to predict mine gas emission, by analyzing the mine gas emission sources and composition of the first mining area, the main gas emission in working face mining source-mining layer, adjacent layers and layers of old goaf were obtained. According to distance of Maidizhang coal mine No.02 and No.2 coal seam is only 18.13 m, it is the protective layer of No.2 coal seam that the exploitation of No.02 coal seam. Finally, area the treatment scheme of different gas source in the first mining was raised, pre pumping and draining while mining to drainage the mining layer, arranged special drainage roadway to pumping adjacent layer and full closed catheter drainage the old goaf were adopt.Through the Fluent to radius simulation test effective drainage, the distance between the holes is reasonable. the pre pumping draining while mining method of combining comprehensive extraction scheme were adopt, the working face extraction rate of gas and coal mining rate of drainage pumping gas desorption content up to standard, the gas massive flooding and over run problem in the first mining area, the mine under construction around Midizhang should learn from Maidizhang's experiences in mining its mine at the same time.
