Sludge is inevitable product during waste disposal.It will produce lots of sludge in the process of wastewater disposal,and the sludge is hard to disposal and has a complicated component part.Burying it and burning it are not only spending too high but also causing secondary pollution and wasting much resources. Based on reasonably using resources, using sludge prepared absorbent is useful to sludge disposal and lowering the waste of disposal.This experiment takes sludge in primary setting tank of a oilfield sewage disposal plant in Liao river as raw material to prepare adsorbent and takes disposal in oilfield sludge. Making sure ZnCl2 is most useful activator by using chemical activation and orthogonal test. And making sure the effecting order is strength of solution of activator >solid-to-liquid ratio>activating time>activating temperature. Though factor experiment, finding the most proper prepared condition is strength of solution of activator 5mol/L, solid-to-liquid ratio l:1.5,activating temperature 450? activating time 2.Oh, removal rate of oil in water reaches 94.61%.This experiment uses ASAP2020 physical absorbent to analyse the surface area and pore of sludge prepared absorbent. The best conditional absorbent BET surface area is 316.0882m/g.Through comparing surface area and pore situation, it shows that the surface area of the best condition absorbent sample is bigger when pore is 10?50A. Through the analysis of delayed circu,the pore shape is near shape B and has a good unoiled effect.
