Arsenic in water has the serious harm to human body health. Seeking efficient technology has become one of the hot research topics. Adsorption method has the characteristics of feasible and high removal efficiency. Using adsorption method can make arsenic recycled from wastewater and do not produce secondary pollution. In addition, adsorption material has the characteristics of source widely, low cost, can be repeated use. Because of the characteristics of the above adsorption method has much attention. In this paper, through the comparison and screening, and ultimately determine the use of isopropanol and sodium hydroxide, oxalic acid of corn stalk was modified by the adsorption of trivalent arsenic. In this paper the influence of influent concentration, adsorbent dosage, adsorption time, temperature and the effect of pH value on the adsorption effect was discussed, and thermodynamic and kinetic analysis of experimental results. The experimental results show that, in the inlet concentration of 1.25mg/L, adsorbent dosage is 0.25g, temperature is 25?, pH vaLue 3,60min adsorption reached saturation, the removal rate is 95.28%.The adsorption process accord with Langmuir isotherm model and Freundlich isotherm mode, and the dynamics accord with two order kinetic model.
