The research is based on immortality, cassava starch, water and white granulated sugar as the main raw material, and by raw materials preprocessing, heating boiling, canning, sterilizing, packing etc, to achieve the purpose of plant design is production of 8 tons of class design grass jelly canning. Factory design is usually composed of two parts, process design and non-process design.Process design content typically:plant overall layout; determination of product plan and output of the class; determination of production process; material balance; Calculation and selection of equipment production capacity; workshop layout;The calculation and balance of labor; Estimation of the need of water, electricity, steam, compressed air and other content; installation of piping and so on. In addition, further comprising:requirements for workshop building, ventilation, lighting, sanitation facilities; requirements for water quality; requirements for waste water drainage and water treatment; calculation of various types of storage space and so on.Non-process design includes:plant total plane, construction, heating and ventilation, water supply and drainage, power supply system, power system, environmental protection engineering and other design and so on. In general, according to the requirements and process design data to design Non-process.The requirement of whole design can achieve security, high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection, and can ensure production of food compliance with national food safety standards and other relevant standards.
