As the major equipment in the iron and steel production, blast furnace costs huge in its construction and repair. The blast furnace longevity has the great significance to improve the economic benefit, and the erosion state of the blast furnace bottom is the main factor to decide the blast furnace life, In order to avoid the accident of serious erosion in the furnace hearth and bottom, the hearth temperature on-line monitoring is an important means to ensure the safety of the furnace hearth. Online monitoring can be real-time monitoring the state of the erosion in the blast furnace lining, so that the problems can be found in time, In a word, extend the service life of the blast furnace as far as possible while ensure its production safety.This article based on the basic theory of heat transfer, on the basis of establishing mathematical model which describes the furnace hearth heat-transfer process, calculate the erosion of JiGang No.3 1750m3 blast furnace, complete the system development of erosion diagnosis software for blast furnace lining.(1) Based on the basic theory of heat transfer, summarize the basic types of erosion diagnosis model and the Types of lining erosion diagnosis and the calculation method, know the erosion analysis model under different requirements, choose the most suitable solution method. Based on the analysis on general location method of temperature measurement point in the existing blast furnace, discuss the reasonable layout of temperature measuring point in the blast furnace lining.(2) According to the specific data of JiGang No.3 1750m3 blast furnace, combined with its arrangements of temperature measuring point and the requirements of the precision, deeply study on two dimensional erosion diagnosis method. According to the on-site conditions, construct a good program design for the erosion diagnosis system of JiGang No.3 1750m3 blast furnace lining.(3) Build the general framework of the blast furnace lining erosion diagnosis software and complete the software function design and logical processing based on the Visual C++ platform. Using the interface technology between Visual C++ and APDL, package the APDL in the background and realize it nest Visual C++ applying the object-oriented programming method, then, develop the finite element diagnosis and calculation software. After debugging, docking with the data collected in the blast field and through a series of analysis and calculation, diagnose the erosion morphology of the blast furnace hearth lining,realize the on-line real-time monitoring for the No.3 1750m3 blast furnace of JiGang.The research results have formed a special software system for JiGang No.3 1750m3 blast furnace to real-time monitor the temperature field and erosion morphology Successfully.
