Design And Realization Of Automatic Controlsystem Of 90T CDQ In Xinyu Steel

CDQ technology with energy recovery, environmental protection and improvement of coke quality and other advantages (conventional wet coke quenching incomparable) and coking industry promotion. Coke dry quenching (Coke Dry Quenching) referred to as coke dry quenching (CDQ), the so-called dry coke quenching, coke wet quenching are relative terms, refers to a kind of coke quenching method of cooling hot coke with inert gas.This paper takes the production process of 90T coke dry quenching steel company as the research object by analyzing the characteristics of coke dry quenching process and control requirements. Automatic control system for CDQ ontology and boiler uses the German company Siemens PCS7 CPU 414-4 H PLC controller and the WINCC 6.2 SP2 system. PCS7 system installs in the 2 operator workstation, the WINCC6.2 is used for operation and data acquisition, processing, recording and alarming of CDQ system, and will monitor screen through the command sent to the PLC industrial ethernet. Due to the importance of CDQ system and the reliability and safety of the CDQ control system, PLC uses the redundancy design of CPU power supply redundancy, redundancy and network.The control system consists of main station and the remote station, in station under 15 remote station, the main station and the substation communicates are via PROFIBUS-DP, HMI and CPU to exchange data via industrial ethernet. This paper focuses on the characteristics of Siemens PLC system, according to the operation characteristics of coke dry quenching, from PLC hardware configuration, enhance the APS interlock control, coke dry quenching furnace control, position control, the boiler feed water adjust, drum level control and other aspects of the detailed discussion and analysis.CDQ project has been put into operation so far, according to the running situation of the field for the last three years, coke dry quenching the automatic control system is stable and reliable, the linkage requirements of the process control, level control and other aspects are very stable. Each index and quality of coke dry quenching get significantly improved by reducing coking time; fully sensible heat utilizes red coke, which vents high temperature steam for power generation and energy saving. And it also takes the strict and effective system in for the sake of reducing harmful emissions and protecting environment.
