Since the production, Xiaoguanzhuang iron mine has been using sublevel caving mining method, in recent years, with the mined-out area and the pressure of underground activities increasing, the main shaft has a certainthe degree of deformation, which is a direct threat to the underground mining operations and mine hoisting systems. To seek a method suitable for a soft break type of Xiao guanzhuang Iron mine which is technically feasible and economically reasonable, security and reliable mining process to ensure the normal production of the mine is necessary, providing accumulated experience for the next step deep cut-and-fill mining.The object of research is the north region of Xiao guanzhuang iron mine between-387--450m level ore body, outside the shaft security pillar within 150m scope, which is taken on as testing block. According to engineering geological conditions, upward drift filling mining method is suggested. Due to the Xiao Guanzhuang iron mine containing red slate, mudding serious with water, the majority of tailings are micro-fine particles, the particles whose sizes are less than 0.074mm take up 80.88%, the size of unclassified tailings is too fine. It’s difficult for unclassified tailings reach filling mining’s need, so the tailing needs to be classified, the classified tailing whose sizes are less than 0.074mm take up 53.9%, it can improve the strength of filling body.By the way of characteristic test and cemented experiment of unclassified tailings and classified tailings, finally ensured cemented filling program is adopted unclassified tailings and glue powder and cement sand ratio is 1:4, filling slurry’s concentration is 65%-70%.Aiming at the unique soft breaking and Poor stability of Xiao guanzhuang Iron ore, using the ANSYS establish model and numerical simulation by FLAC3D to optimize stope drift parameters and choose the most reasonable drift size parameters:the width of drift is 3.5m, the height of drift is 3.5m and the length of drift is 60m.Thesis results has been applied in mining industrial test of Xiaoguanzhuang iron mine, Aiming at problems in industrial test, the corresponding measures are carried out, Nowdays mining has been taken to -425.7m level, filling mining process smoothly, achieving the mining production safety, and accumulate experience for the deep filling mining in Xiaoguanzhuang iron mine. |
