The Fully Mechanized Excavation Heading Face is a complex production system, which include human, machine and environment. The working face has changeful environment condition, narrowly working space, poorly visual environment and so on, which has the important influence for the operation efficiency and the health of workers. Therefore, research for working environment factors, the comfort of miners and reliability of machine, and analysis the relationship, which can improve the comfort, and enhance the reliability of the system. Ensure the operation efficiency and safety production.On the basis of configuration, operation content, operation environment, mechanical equipment and so on, analysis the status of production, structure of risk sources, reliability of machine, error of individual and organizational. Then, analysis the interaction, control and dynamic feedback mechanism, establish a security working model of multi-agent adaptive evolution. Propose the prevention of human error and security working system, so as to reduce the incidence of accident. The main contents are as following:(1) Research of man-machine-environmentTo describe the relationship of man-machine-environment, analysis characteristic of human behavior, reliability and environment factors. Research on human error types and causes, is to reveal the potential risks.(2) Research of human errorBased on the relationship of man-machine-environment system, be build model of human error, and analysis parameter estimation with statistical theory. Quantification human error factors, to solve the reliability index system. Have a deeply analysis the type of human error behavior.(3) Research of security workingPropose the security working model of fully mechanized excavation heading face from the perspective of behavior safety analysis, and based on ergonomics, safety ergonomics theory. Definition the quantitative rules and related factors, solve the evolution model with Netlogo simulation platform. Analysis the status of security working and measures.(4) Research of human error and security workingIdentification the risk factors of human error and the impact on the security working, based on the human error model and the status of security working. Select the influence of environment factors, to analysis the reliability and risk of system from changeful effect. Achieve clear, scientific, effective of human error prevention, to avoid trigger factors.There are Figure 21, Table 15 and References 80 in this paper.
