With the increasing degree of mechanization coal mining, high efficiency, high power, transport and use of coal mining machine, making the coal face dust production increases substantially, especially higher dust content in fully mechanized caving face. therefore, it is significant to study the dust control technology with seam water injection to reduce the dust concentration and improve working conditions.Taking Shanxi Coal Group Zhaozhuang No.2 well as an experimental mine, the mixed dust injection technology and parameters was studied by laboratory testing, field test, numerical fitting, data analysis.Through coal sample test of Zhaozhuang No.3 coal seam on original moisture, porosity, water absorption and firmness coefficient and physical and mechanics properties, then, according to the relevant provisions to criteria infusibility of coal seam infusion, the results show that No.3 coal seam is suitable for dust coal seam water injection. The article put forward the reasonable water injection method based on the analysis of coal wetting process and the dynamic pressure, static pressure water injection principle. Determining the maximum pulse injection pressure and simulate the function of water pressure and water flow by analyzing the data; when the dynamic pressure, static pressure is equal to total injection time, the injection volume relative maximum in the process of water injection. The paper summarizes the relationship between pressure and flow injection time; afterwards, settles on the method of dynamic, static pressure principles; advancing water injection area for the district combining with the working face front abutment pressure and the flow rate of injection; then, the best water injection area can be determined. Through the observation of wetting radius derive the drill average wetting radius is 5.3m and the optimum drilling spacing is 10m; Wetting agent should be added in order to improve the coal seam water injection rate and expand the wetting range. After industrial promotion in 1302 fully mechanized caving face,The results showed that after putting the mixed water injection technique in 1302 fully mechanized caving face, the coal moisture is 4.06%, increased by 1.61% and the all dust average rate of dust fall achieved 57.6% and the respirable dust average rate of dust fall is 56.46%, This set of Technology improve the dust concentration effectively and dust suppression effect is obvious.
