| According to the practical investigation, there exists uneven velocity phenomenon during the drilling in the roof of the roadways, which has a close connection with the rock strength, and it is significant to explore the relationship between drilling response index and rock strength which influence the anchor bolt support in the roof of roadway,the identification of roof and the prediction of roof caving.This thesis adopts practical investigation 、 theoretical analysis 、 numeric simulation test and analog simulation test.etc, combined with common pneumatic roof bolter to further study the dynamic response character during the the drilling in the roof of the roadways. The thesis studies the working principle of jumbolter and gear type motor firstly, based on which an energy equation is concluded. Combined with the energy equation, the thesis studies the relationship between the drilling response index and the rock strength preliminarily. The thesis adopts numerical analysis method software and use the data collected during the drilling, concluding that stress state has a weak influence on the velocity of drilling, and the drilling index which includes displacement、velocity and rotate speed has a negative index functional relationship with the rock strength. Based on the analysis of the drilling machine, the paper concludes that the drilling response index has a logarithmic relationship with torque and a quadratic function relationship with thrust force. By analog simulation test and field monitoring, combined with the data collected from 11 drill at last, the thesis concludes:① There exists disperse during the drilling in the same kind of rock in the premise that the dynamic and thrust are similar;②For the four kinds of rock, in general, the high thrust force correspond high velocity、low velocity and the low thrust force correspond low velocity、high velocity;③the response index decreases with the increase of the rock strength which approaches the result of numerical analysis method. Based on this theory, the response index during the drilling can help to identify and supervise the roof, which has great significance on the prediction of roof caving. |
