| According to the field investigation, coal-bearing strata has obvious characteristics of layered structure. Roadway arranged in these places usually appears floor heave when drived or used. The technique of bolt and cable support become the preferred way of layered rock reinforcement for significant technical and economic advantages. But those researches are less which are on deformation regulation, type of floor heave, anchor mechanism and construction equipment of layered rock. In many cases floor heave wasn’t controlled very well, which seriously affected the realization of production safety, high yield and high efficiency in coal mine. Through field investigation, laboratory test, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, industrial field experiment study, and combining with the practical engineering geological conditions of Guyuan coal mine, the thorough and systematic research on type and mechanism of floor heave and construction equipment in roadway with layered rock was made. According to the main influence factors of floor heave in roadway with layered rock, it could be divided into three types: floor heave caused by the roadway floor rock stability and roadway two sides extrusion, floor heave caused by rock dilatancy, floor heave caused by the result of rock expansion, meanwhile the relevant theoretical research on this three types of floor heave was made; Based on the actual geological conditions of main haulage roadway in Guyuan coal mine and the laboratory mechanics tests of coal or rock, finite difference numerical simulation software FLAC3 D was used to study the destruction of surrounding rock, stress and deformation characteristics in roadway floor under different floor heave control measures, through comparison of the various floor heave control measures, the most appropriate control measure of floor heave in main haulage was selected; Based on the pump suction reverse circulation principle of circulating medium(water), double walls drilling pipe model was built required by deslagging in the floor anchoring borehole, through fluid analysis software Fluent numerical experiment studys on deslagging process in double walls pipes with various cross section sizes were conducted, and the optimal cross section size was selected by deslagging efficiency, furthermore a detailed analysis about various factors influencing deslagging efficiency of double walls drilling pipe was carried out. Applying the research results obtained above in engineering practice, which have got some good effects on floor heave control. |
