| With the development of science and technology, China’s economy has entered a stage of rapid development, people feel the rapid economic development has brought convenience and colorful, but at the same time, the development of economy has also increased the pollution of environment, such as air pollution, water pollution, noise pollution, solid waste pollution and radioactive pollution and so on. In recent years,most of our cities in the fog and haze pollution is also caused by the environment.Eighteen big report put forward to build a "Beautiful China" for the first time,although the concept of "Beautiful China" contains many aspects, but clearly one of the most environmentally friendly basic conditions.In order to better deal with the environmental quality of human relations,environmental quality with economic development, the need to analyze the current situation of environmental pollution, and make the evaluation of environmental quality, put forward the countermeasures of environmental pollution, reduce thus brought social development economic activity and affect people’s lives, in order to achieve harmonization of environmental and economic virtuous circle, harmonious development. Based on these considerations, we make a choice of comprehensive evaluation of environmental quality as a dissertation topic. First chapter describes the background, purpose and significance of current research are reviewed and presented research ideas and methods in this paper. The second chapter describes the evaluation of the environmental quality of the theory and methods, including the concept and value of the environmental quality, the basic principles and characteristics of PSR model, AFSA description and processes, and BP neural network model. The third chapter builts environment quality evaluation system, constructed according to the principles of the index system, from the pressure, state representative indicators selected in response to the three aspects, the use of standard deviation and coefficient of variation condition generalized minimum variance method of indicators for screening. Ranking behind Henan,Xinjiang, Gansu, these regions themselves on the natural environment there is a big disadvantage, together with the local development of backward, science and technology investment and financial investment in the face of environmental problems are relatively backward, environmental quality is lagging behind.
