The advantages of hydrometallurgy are the high comprehensive recovery of raw material, conducive to environmental protection and the production process to achieve continuous and automatic transactions. Therefore, it is more suitable to use and recycle mineral resources. The purity of leaching liquid extracted from the leaching process, the core process of hydrometallurgy, determines the product quality of behind process. And the main production index of the leaching process is leaching rate. However, how to improve the leaching rate and production efficiency has become an important technical problem. This thesis is on the background of one gold smelting. The model of the leaching process is established with SysCAD and then optimized by the two-order oscillating PSO algorithm.The industrial background and development trends of hydrometallurgy leaching process are introduced in this paper. Then a kind of process simulation software SysCAD used in mineral processing and metallurgy field is introduced, and the gold cyanide leaching process is established with the software which giving mass separation, communication module and controller unit. But SysCAD can't realize the dynamic real-time calculation of leaching rate, so the dynamic model of leaching tank and OPC technology are studied, and the dynamic mechanism model of leaching tank with the OPC client is established and studied according to the material conservation and the reaction kinetics equation.The research significance and the status of hydrometallurgy optimization control is analyzed after the above work,. And the uncertainty optimization model with the goal of economic costs is established based on the mechanism model of leaching process and the parameters uncertainty. Then the uncertainty optimization model is solved with PSO algorithm, but due to PSO algorithm falling into local optimum easily, the uncertainty optimization model and the process optimization model are solved with two-order oscillating PSO algorithm. However, for the parameters uncertainty of leaching process as well as deviation between the mechanism model and actual model, the optimization model is established based on the intelligent compensation model and the mechanism model, and the optimization model is solved with two-order oscillating PSO algorithm.
