As acrylate and MTBE used more widely, global production capacity increased steadily, and the industrial scale of acrylate and MTBE is expanding continually. Currently, a considerable part of the domestic industrial production, still using Amberlyst catalysts that imported or traditional catalyst sulfuric acid. The resin catalyst from domestic production is rarely used because of lacking confidence. However, the imported catalyst has a higher price and the sulfuric acid catalyst may cause pollution. Therefore, the urgent need is to improve the domestic resin catalyst is also reliable for industrial production.In this study, there is a comparison between D-catalyst from Dandong Mingzhu catalyst factory and Amberlyst catalyst in the reactions including MA/EA/MTBE synthesis.In the reaction MA/EA synthesis(1)) Investigate the reaction performance of A-25, D005-T, D005-II in different temperature. And the reaction temperature was optimized.85?, the yield of MA can reach 84.6% on D005-II and 75.8% on A-25 separately, the yield of EA can reach 89.5% on D005-T and 88.6% on A-25 separately,(2) Select the temperature which has a high conversion and selectivity of methanol or alcohol, using the better domestic catalyst and imported catalyst separately in a long run to investigate the stability. During 300h long run, domestic catalyst is better than the imported catalyst.In the reaction MTBE synthesis(1) Investigate the reaction performance of A-35, DNW-II, D005-II, DA330 in different temperature. And the reaction temperature was optimized. The yield of MTBE can reach 62% on DA330 and 57.8% on A-35 separately when it's 90?.(2) Using A-35 and DA330 separately in a long run under a high temperature to investigate the stability. During 300h long run, there is no difference between them.(3) Investigate the stability of A-35 and DA330 under the industrial condition. During 2000h long run, there is no difference between them.
