| Emulsified oil of the oily wastewater is difficult to deal with, because of its presence in a stable form. The key operation is the separation of emulsified oil. Currently, there are many methods for emulsified oil separation. The treatment method of membrane separation with no phase change, low energy consumption and high separation efficiency, gets more and more attention in the study of the separation of oily wastewater. However, fixed membrane is likely to cause membrane pollution and low separation performance.Thus, hydrophilic modification of oil and water separation membrane as an effective anti-pollution means of fixed membrane, becomes a research hotspot in recent years. Dynamic membrane (DM) technology with low cost, high flux is widely used in fixed-membrane hydrophilic modification studies. The medium-scale study based on the small scale technology is a prerequisite to achieve industrial application.Our group prepared a variety of dynamic membranes based on ceramic membrane in previous study. By analysing the separation performance, we determined the ZrO2 dynamic membrane based on ceramic membrane as a better dynamic membrane for oily water separation. And we got the best conditions for preparation and separation by grey correlation analysis. But at the same time, the small scale experimental apparatus shows low capacity. In order to achieve industrialization, reasonable enlargement and related experiments are needed.This article is to design medium sized membrane module based on our previous studies. After all the components were selected, I designed the framework of the device, containing upper, middle and lower layers, placement of each device, pipe arrangement. Finally, I successfully set up the medium sized dynamic membrane device. On this basis, I got the best conditions for preparation and separation of oily water. At the same time, I carried out pure water experiments with ceramic membrane, preparation experiments for ZrO2 dynamic membrane and oil-water separation experiments, which were mainly designed to discuss the influences of operating conditions(preparation pressure, flow, temperature, etc.)on preparation and separation.Dynamic membrane experimental device designed and processed in this thesis can run with various dynamic membrane modules. The device could be used to prepare dynamic membrane, separate liquid, clean and so on. The work carried out in this thesis will support the further theoretical and experimental study of dynamic membrane. |
