The Legal System Research Of China Pesticide Pollution Prevention And Control

Pesticides are an important agricultural production, they’re good to control pests and diseases and promote the agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry production, however the heavy use of pesticides may cause environmental pollution, destruction of ecological balance, or even cause livestock poisoning accident, injury. China, as the largest country in agricultural production, the production and use of pesticides in the world are routed to the first place, but pesticide pollution control legal system is still far away form many countries in the world. Frequent incidents of pesticide contamination in today, the "pesticide regulations" is already difficult to meet the needs of prevention and treatment of pesticide pollution. Therefore, in order to effectively deal with pesticide pollution, we must be carefully clarify China’s current legal system of pesticide pollution control, analyze shortcomings of its existence, and to learn from the experience of developed countries, so that our legal system of pesticide pollution prevention may play its weel. This is the content of my paper, it generally consists of four parts:The first part indicates the situation, hazards of pesticide contamination and analyse the reason. First, an overview of the current situation of pesticide pollution and its hazards, including air, water, soil and other ecological environment and human health hazards, and then analyze the causes of serious pesticide pollution generated.The second part describes the current situation and defects of pesticide pollution control legal system. This section introduces the legislation and related legal system of pesticide pollution prevention and control, then analyses the main weaknesses in the existing legal system of pesticide pollution prevention.The third part of paper introduce the United States, Australia, the UK, India and Brazil pesticide pollution prevention and control legal system, and pointed out to draw, and to give it to the country’s basic national conditions and further improve the relevant legal system of our country. This section uses a comparative analysis and summarize research methods.The fourth part is the innovation of this paper, mainly in the view of the improvement of legislation, the establishment of the system and strengthening the responsibility, to improve the leagal system of China’s pesticide pollution and control.
