Polylactic acid (PLA) is a kind of renewable aliphatic polyester, which with good biocompatibility? hot formability? Chemical stability? spinnability and thermoplastic. poly (propylene carbonate)(PPC) is a Completely biodegradable polymer which consumed large amounts of carbon dioxide in the process of synthesis. PPC also has advantage of high degradability, high barrier property, relatively cheap and good biological compatibility. The traditional nonwoven can meet the needs of the People's daily at present, but it difficult degrade in the natural environment. With the improvement of people's living standard and the need of society for environmental protection, the biodegradable nonwoven materials have great potential for development.In this paper PLA and PPC were put fused with polypropylene (PP), and adding a certain proportion of additvies in order to synthesis the composite spun-bonded nonwoven slice and the nonwoven, and do the related performance study.Firstly, PPC/PP slices with the of additives were studied, the result shown that the stable of slices were increased after the addition of B? C. The additives B was selected as Industrial production consideration. When (m)PPC/(m)B/(m)PP was30/4/70, the thickness of spun-bonded nonwoven fabric was0.65mm, the CV figure of spun-bonded nonwoven was0.02,the tense of strength of spun-bonded nonwoven was4.76MPa. The grammage of Nonwoven was106.2g/m3. When (m)PPC/(m)B/(m)PP was40/4/60, the thickness of spun-bonded nonwoven fabric was0.62mm, the CV figure of spun-bonded nonwoven was0.03,The tense of strength of spun-bonded nonwoven was4.57MPa. The grammage of Nonwoven was106.2g/m3. Overall, PPC/PP composite spun-bonded nonwoven processing temperature range is narrow and the tensile strength of nonwoven is low with poor comprehensive performance.Secondly, We try to find the best propcess condition of preparation of PLA/PP slice.The results shown that when (m)PLA:(m)PP was8:2,blending temperature was185?, blending time was4min and rotation speed was50r/min, the melt blending condition of PLA/PP composite slices was optimal. Secondly, to improve the performance of slice, Mixed with additives A and B to melt blending by changing the dosage of additives. The results shown that the dosage of additives A and B was1%?4%were the best choice. Considering the date of tensile properties of the composite slices, melt flow rate, thermal analysis, SEM and the additives' Corrosive, excitant, the PLA/B//PP(80/4/20) slice was slected to be nonwoven slice.On the basis of the successful preparation of PLA/additives/PP slice, the composite spinning mechine were produced the spun-bonded nonwoven materials. The conclusions were as followed,1) Suitable for spinning processing temperature has an important influence on the tensile strength;2) With the increase of rotate, the tensile of slice were on the decline but the CV figure become increase;3) Appropriate hot roller temperature can effectively improve the mechanical properties of nonwovens;4) After Physical aging, the DSC curve of slice had an Absorption peak in glass transition zone;5) The uniformity of the raw material for nonwoven materials had a great influence on the nonwoven performance;6) Composite fiber crystallinity increase after drawing machine drawing. Compared with PPC/B/PP composite spun-bonded nonwoven, the PLA/B/PP composite spun-bonded nonwoven has a better comprehensive performance with a broad application future.
