Geopolymer is a kind of amorphous aluminosilicate minerals (containing aluminum oxide and silicon dioxide) which is mixed with sodium silicate,acid or alkali solution to make amorphous or crystalline type of inorganic polymer gel material. It is a new type of environmentally friendly materials which are widely used in construction, aerospace, environmental protection and other fields. Geological polymers not only have an excellent performance of cement, organic polymer and ceramic, but also have high compressive strength, low density, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, low permeability, excellent durability. What’s more, there are abundant raw materials with simple process in low cost and energy saving. So the researchers have done a lot of researches on it. The alkali excitation geopolymer has reached a mature level, and it already has success in multiple areas. However, it is rarely being found the study on acid-based geopolymer. Though it has high compressive strengths high temperature thermal stability and low dielectric constant, its more complicated reaction mechanism and more strict reaction condition make its development relatively slowly. Up to now, the research relating to acid-based geopolymer is given priority to phosphoric acid-based geopolymer.In the aluminum industry, chemical polishing method is frequently used to polish aluminum surface, which will produce a large number of invalid polishing liquid. And the polishing liquid often contains high concentrations of aluminum and waste acid which is given priority to phosphoric acid. The common ways to deal with this liquid are being mixed the lime to get to neutralization. By this way, it not only destroys the ecological environment, but also reduces waste utilization. Thus, to carry out the chemical polishing solution of invalid phosphate group treatment and comprehensive utilization of research, both have academic value and practical significance.In this experiment, I took metakaolin and phosphoric acid-based polishing liquid as raw material to make geopolymer. Electronic universal test function could do material compressive strength of conventional mechanical properties analysis, and electron microscope, XRD, FTIR, conductivity meter and other modern testing means can effectively explore the internal structure and the properties of material. The main conclusion of the experiment is as follows:(1) Refering to the theory of polymer composition of phosphoric acid base geopolymer, I designed raw materials of geological polymer system, and discussed how does the curing time, curing temperature and the ratio of acid and solid affecting on the geopolymer. The results show that the best condition to make valid polishing liquid base geopolymer is the following. Water solid ratio is 1:6. Acid solid ratio is 1:1. Curing temperature is 60 ℃. Curing time is 5 d.(2) I could make the conclusion that using valid polishing liquid to motivate metakaolin can successfully obtained the geopolymer, according to characterizing the samples by FIRT, XRD, SEM. And the performance of the samples is better than phosphoric acid base geopolymer.(3) Test about the waste acid base mass polymer corrosion and measurement about its conductivity changes show that it can resist the high temperature of 1200 ℃ and its corrosion resistance ability is good, at the same time, it is an excellent material of low electrical conductivity.
