For the effective treatment of oily wastewater, the effluent quality can meet the SY5329-94 low permeability oilfield reinjection water quality standard of A1, this paper adopts the plate ceramic membrane filtration device to improve original treatment process of oil production plant for experimental study on the treatment efficiency of oily wastewater, using this device.First of all, this paper starts the test by changing aeration rate, and researches about the operation stability of the experimental device when the aeration rate is different. The study found that two experimental device using distilled water as the liquid material, device for large aeration rate, the change of trans-membrane pressure is stable, initially determined the different aeration rate have certain effect of experimental device operation. Next to the actual wastewater as liquid material, operating under the same conditions, by comparing the trans-membrane pressure changing trend of two devices, found that the aeration rate is larger, the fouling of membrane more slowly, the more stable device operation, and selected the optimal aeration rate. And then to membrane flux, temperature, circulating pump flow as influencing factors, determine the experiment scheme by the single factor experiment, In the experiment, the membrane flux and temperature are the main factors affecting the filtration performance, the optimum operation conditions of plate ceramic membrane filtration are determined through experiments, the optimal operating conditions are:membrane flux 22.5L/(m2·h), temperature 50?, circulating pump flow 60mL/min, aeration rate 1 L/min, the experiment device running at optimum operating conditions, the treatment capacity of oily wastewater can keep stable in a long time, trans-membrane pressure change is small, the experiment device can maintain stable operation. The experimental process to determine the various parameters of optimum operating conditions, the effluent quality measured in each stage are better by the suspended matter solid content and oil content as the evaluation criteria, the measurement of suspended matter solid content and oil content are good, the content are less than 1mg/L. The effluent quality of oily wastewater by plate ceramic membrane filtration compared to the original process of oil production plant, has improved significantly. In this experiment, about the membrane fouling, this experiment uses the acid, alkaline and strong oxidizing cleaning liquid for cleaning the pollution of diaphragm, and finds that using the acid cleaning liquid (0.05mol/L HCl or HNO3) immersion the diaphragm for 12h, can make the pollution diaphragm cleaning effectively, the membrane flux recovery rate is more than 96%.The results shows that the original treatment process can be improved by using plate ceramic membrane filtration device, the effluent quality can meet the SY5329-94 low permeability oilfield reinjection water quality standard of A1.
