The equipment manufacturing industry is the core driving force for the fourth time the industrial revolution,and in numerous manufacturing equipment,machinery parts and components due to the contact between the formation of the joint surface is everywhere.In many machine according to the fractal characteristics of the surface surface morphology after confirmed by the experiment,soon the fractal mathematical tool is widely applied to the study of the contact stiffness of machine joint surface is.However,with the combined research of surface fractal contact stiffness,when need to consider the object of study to measure the nature of difficulty is also gradually revealed.The concept of Ubiquitiformfundamentally avoided the essence of the fractal application difficult.In this paper,based on theUbiquitiform theory,summarizes the minimum threshold value method,and based on the experimental test of rough surface profile morphology mapped the metric sizes and measure in the law of variation in the log-log coordinates,to determine the rough surface micro convex body self-similar area minimum lower limit;Based on the experimental test to get the outline of the rough surface morphology,the box-counting method was applied to calculate the different processing method and the complexity of the rough surface roughness profile morphology,and analyzes the different processing method,the influence of different roughness of rough surface coarse complexity;Based on the Ubiquitiform theory and fractal theory,the contact mechanics and probability and statistics theory to establish the rough surface morphology characterization of Ubiquitiform analysis model.Studies show that Ubiquitiform rough surface of actual contact area with the increase of the normal contact load is on the rise,under the same load,the smaller the complexity,the greater the actual contact area of the contact surface.The complexity of the Ubiquitiform rough surface contour curve with the increase of the normal contact load decline trend;With the increase of complexity,Ubiquitiform the rough surface normal contact stiffness is on the decline.Ubiquitiform method is applied to get the rough surface contact stiffness model of the calculated result is consistent with the experimental data.At the same time the article also rough for subsequent research combined with the contact stiffness provides a new way of thinking.
