Study On Security Management And Quality Control Of Geological Disaster Control Project

With the expansion of the scope of human engineering activities,geological disasters have more and more serious impact on the fragile geological environment.In the face of the increasing of geological disasters,domestic and foreign scholars and engineering practitioners actively explore the countermeasures of geological disasters by studying the causes of geological disasters and their development mechanism.After years of exploration and practice,geological disaster work has achieved good results,while accumulated a wealth of experience.Of course,in the process of geological disaster management,due to the emergency of the disaster management,the limitations of the construction site,the complexity of the construction environment,the specificity of engineering objects,some construction safety problems are becoming more and more prominent,and to a certain extent,threatening people's personal and property safety.On the other hand,due to the hidden nature of disaster management projects,the construction quality control has become the focus and difficulty of construction.Once the control is not strict,it will cause great damage to the governance project.Therefore,it is necessary to think about the safety management and quality control in the process of geological disaster management in order to better guide the practice of governance engineering.Based on the landslide control project of Yan'an Baota Mountain and the Northwest Bureau of the Communist Party of China,this paper studies the safety management and quality control of anti-slide pile construction in combination with the existing construction codes,and gets the following understanding:(1)The main difficulties in the construction of anti-slide pile in landslide control project include narrow construction site,bad weather,large amount of artificial excavation,difficulty of rock excavation,difficulty in the lifting reinforcing cage,strict quality control of mass concrete pouring,groundwater and so on.(2)There are some common types of accident such as high fall,collapse,object attack,poisoning and suffocation,water and drowning,electric shock,mechanical damage,blasting accident and so on in the anti-slide pile's construction processes such as excavation,breast wall protection,steel cage production and concrete pouring.(3)Through the analysis of construction quality control factors by AHP,it is concluded that the focus of quality control in the anti-slide pile construction is matter quality control.The quality of materials,the quality and performance of mechanics should be checked strictly in the matter quality control.Prior quality control should give full play to its preventive role.(4)It put forward some suggestions on the construction technology of steel cage.
