Satellite altimetry within wide range can get all-weather precision repeated high precision observations,it provides the vast amounts of data for marine scientific research,from the early Skylab satellite to newest generation of altimetry satellites,satellite altimetry constant development and improvement,having high spatial resolution is widely used in oceanography,geophysics,geodesy and other disciplines the study.The Mean Sea Surface?MSS?is an important basis for the study of marine dynamic environment science,is one of the important issues of satellite geodesy studied,with the rapid development of satellite altimetry to study sea level high precision and high spatial resolution of the model has also been forward.In this paper,use of independent research of HY-2A satellite,combine with T / P,Jason-1,Jason-2,Envisat,Cryosat-2 altimetry satellites and other sources,through data editing and screening,excluding land,rain,ice,etc.Choosing good quality altimeter data,while adding Jason-1 satellite SGDR data to improve precision measurements in Chinese coastal regions,using FES2004 ocean tide model to correct new sea level height,through collinear process,crossover adjustment,unified data reference methods and Gridding method to eliminate the effects of time variation and radial orbit error in the altimetry data,determining 2 '× 2'?0 ° N-40 ° N,102 ° E-138 ° E?Mean Sea Surface model,and with MSSCNES2010,MSSCNES2011 model from analysising and comparison of qualitative and quantitative aspects,the results RMS values were 11.2cm and 13.2cm,achieve better results.Based on the established MSS model in this paper,carried out based on the above extraction of Kuroshio offshore China,combined EGM2008 gravity field model to calculate mean sea surface topography?MDT?,compared with MDTCNESCLS2013 mean sea surface topography model,RMS value 15.6cm,show that the result is reliable.By geostrophic flow equation to bypass East and North component extracting information Kuroshio Chinese coastal waters,the results can better reflect flowing through the region,flow rate and bending phenomenon,serving HY-2A altimeter data products production,expand the application of HY-2A altimeter data.
