In recent years,with the rapid development of UAV and UAV remote sensing technology,the demand of high-resolution aerial images and 3D digital products is increasing day by day.Multi-format combined wide angle five-head camera has been designed,which the structure is not destroyed and ensures the function of aerial triangulation,also can get the 3D digital product through images of five views,achieving the purpose of "one machine multi-application".In this paper,the key technologies of multi-format combined wide angle five-head camera carried by UAV,such as combination design parameters,large format image mosaicking,bundle block adjustment and 3D digital product are studied theoretically and experimentally.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.The background and significance of the research as well as the status of domestic and aboard research in the development of UAV and UAV remote sensing technology,several representative multi-format cameras,and technique of image processing of multi-format combined camera in detail.2.The design and analysis of the multi-format combined wide angle camera are carried out.Aiming at the existing practical problems of photogrammetry by UAVs with a single digital camera,the structural design of multi-format combined camera is analyzed.By contrasting the combination modes and imaging characteristics of doubly combined camera with triply combined camera,the paper discusses the combined parameters and corresponding relations of the cameras.The paper also analyzes the effects of mosaic error and elevation accuracy so that it could be concluded that combined cameras has obvious advantages in improving elevation accuracy,increasing picture format,enhancing operation efficiency and so on.3.Aiming at the problem of the image mosaicking of multi-view combined wide angle camera,an image mosaicking method based on building parallax equations in three view images is proposed.The parallax equations of three view images are established on the basis of the middle image under the unified coordinate system.The least square method is used to answer the 9 relative angle elements,the image dodging algorithm based on Wallis filter is used to eliminate the hue difference between sub images,and the image matching is done by fast and efficient SIFTGPU algorithm.Experiments show that using this image mosaicking method to deal with multi-format images can get a good effect of large virtual images.4.The method and technical process of doing images aerial triangulation by using multi-format combined wide angle five-head camera and making 3D digital products are studied.The scheme of bundle block adjustment and technical process of making 3D reconstruction are designed and the experiments based on combined five-head camera images are carried out.The experiments show the results of the adjustment and the 3D digital products have achieved the desired effect.That can prove the multi-format combined wide angle five-head camera has the capability of "one machine multi-application".
