With high exploratory degree of middle and lower layers in Liaohe west sag,petroleum exploratory targets converts to deep layers.The former studies about study area's sedimentary,tectonic and reservoir indicates that the deep part of this area has favorable geological conditions for oil and gas accumulating,while the studies about main controlling factors of deep reservoir and its effectiveness are insufficient.Selecting Shuangtaizi area of Liaohe west sag as research area,focusing on Shahejie formation with buried depth more than 3500 m,based on the methods like core observation,thin section identification,mercury injection test and rock-mineral analysis,this paper intensively studied reservoir's basic characteristics.Comprehensively considering the influence from sedimentary environment and diagenesis to reservoir property,by usage of single factor analysis method,we figure out that the main controlling factors of reservoir physical property in study area are grain sorting,cement content and shale content.Focusing on the actual feathers like complex genetic mechanism of deep reservoir,severalinfluencing factors of productivity;the lower limit of effective reservoir's physical property was defined through many comprehensive methods,the lower limit of exploratory depth in this area was predicted by lithologic model and porosity evolution model.Based on these studies,based on the division of reservoir types and its evaluation,favorable reservoir's plane distribution was predicted.The results shows that high quality reservoir mainly distributes in sand bodies of fan delta waterways and slump fan channelinwest slope,and the sand body of turbidite fan front in depression area belongs to ineffective reservoir.
