With the continuous development of the society,some new applications of remote sensing information require continuous improvement in detection ability of ground change information,such as illegal construction monitoring and pollution monitoring.It is a feasible way to meet the needs of the people from different regions and different professional backgrounds to understand their surroundings and to participate in the information detection of ground change information oriented to remote sensing information on the basis of relying on professional staff.Therefore,it is an effective way to construct an online platform for the extraction and escalation of remote sensing information,which acts as a multi-user participation in the online working mode.In this dissertation,the construction of the online operation management system oriented to remote sensing information consists three aspects: the user's management scheme,the online orderly transfer model of system information,and the function design as well as key technology of the system have been explored,and the development of the prototype system was completed.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,according to the management methods of the users in the system,this dissertation studied and designed the system of users' work management scheme: according to characteristics of the online operation processes,the users who take part in the work were divided into three types: administrators,editors and auditors.On the basis of defining three kinds of user's task scope,the multi-user cooperative operation management scheme was further designed,and the problem of information extraction,achievement audit and scheduling coordination in multi-user online operation process was solved.Furthermore,the related functions were designed and tested.Then,according to the transmission demand of the information between users,an orderly transmission model of the system message was built: In view of the characteristics of remote sensing information,the remote sensing information description model and corresponding editing event were constructed,and the subscription conditions for editing events were designed.In the process of publishing and subscribing information,the users' related information was taken into account by the corresponding user attributes in the data model,in addition,obtaining the improved publish/subscribe model,which solved the problem of online orderly transmission after remote sensing information editing.Fundamentally,the related functions were designed and tested.Finally,the prototype system of remote sensing information online modification and audit was developed: Based on the above researches,the key technology in the processes of system design has been studied and discussed.The function of the design and development of the front and rear end function of the system and the connection with the database was realized.Eventually,the users' management and information transfer function were integrated,and the original system of the complete remote sensing information online revision and audit was developed.The results show that the prototype system can fulfill the needs of multi-user participation and provide a platform for various users with different backgrounds to join to remote sensing information extraction and change discovery task.Meanwhile,the system realizes the whole process function of the remote sensing information extraction to the result audit,and it is of practical value to satisfy the information processing and management demand of remote sensing.
