The main purpose of this article is revising the non-perturbative chiral approach.The Bethe-Salpeter(BS)equation is solved in the pseudoscalar meson-baryon octet inter-action by using the on-shell approximation.The loop function of the intermediate meson and baryon is deduced in dimensional regularization scheme.But this approximation restricted the using of this approach.In this paper we calculated the loop function in an accurate way.Where the off-shell correction is supplemented.Two ?(1405)states which generated dynamically in the strangeness S =-1 and isospin I = 0 sector are studied,and their masses,decay widths and couplings to the meson and the baryon are different from those values obtained in the on-shell factorization.In our result we only have one pole,but in the previous method there two poles.Our conclusion is that there only one state is generate state in KN interaction.Then we have generalized the above method and used it in photo-production interaction,and we find our revised is significant,we managed to generalize the above method to other condition slightly.
