With the development constantly of information construction in the world,the status of the monitoring and command has been continuously improved,and gives play to the advantages of the monitoring and command have become the focus of information construction in various fields.But with the emergence of new technology and the expansion of the monitoring and command,monitoring and command system is becoming more and more huger,and hardware and software requirements become more complex,which leads to the poor sense of immersion environment and interactive experience when the users operate monitoring and command system.Therefore,how to get rid of the requirements of complex software and hardware,improves user's environmental immersion and interactive experience in the process of monitoring and command which is the focus of the current research.Augmented Reality Geographic Information System can combine AR with GIS Technology,GIS handles monitoring and command situation information,and AR provides display and interactive technology support to the monitoring command system,which was constructed with the display and interactive space environment of virtual-real fusion,and weakens the requirements software and hardware of monitoring command system,provides users with a monitoring and command environment of “people-oriented”,enhances people's immersion environment,so as to improve the user's efficiency of monitoring and command.The paper discuss the application of ARGIS in monitoring and command system,which focuses on the research the related theories and technologies of monitoring and command platform and interaction mechanism of system,the main work and innovation of this paper are as follows:1.In terms of theory and key technology,the paper analyzed the tasks of AR and GIS with the application of ARGIS in monitoring and command system,researched generation of monitoring and command situation,the methods of situation virtual-real fusion,display of situation and the way of monitoring and command interaction,which established the foundation for the following research.2.In terms of system framework,based on the “people-oriented” idea of ARGIS monitoring and command system,the paper built the environment of ARGIS monitoring and command and designed the application framework and application process of ARGIS monitoring and command.3.In terms of monitoring and command situation,the paper studied the organization and description of the situation in view of the complexity of the situation data.The ARGIS mark library is designed to improve the accuracy of the situation projection by improving the situation projection method for the problem of incomplete scanning caused the situation projection's failure.4.In terms of system interaction mechanism,the paper studied the interaction of situation between the client and the server and the collaborative interaction between the multiple clients,and realized the sharing of information between multi-user and improved the user's interactive experience for the problem of the interaction pattern and interaction mechanism of ARGIS monitoring command system.5.Based on the specific business of the monitoring and command of sea fishing,combined with the research of fundamental theories and key technologies,constructed prototype ARGIS system of sea fishing monitoring and command,and verified the feasibility of the technologies and methods of the paper that involved.
