In this paper,we mainly studied the determination of total arsenic and inorganic arsenic in 14 kinds of seaweeds which were common in marine, and analyzed the determination of six kinds of arsenic in seaweed. The contents of total arsenic in seaweed samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry after microwave digestion. The content of inorganic arsenic in seaweed samples was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry according to GB method. The samples were extracted by acid pretreatment method,And then the content of arsenic in six kinds of algae samples was determined by high performance liquid chromatography-hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometer and compared with the method of detecting organic arsenic in national standard. In this paper, the optimization of the chromatographic conditions such as the composition, concentration and pH of the mobile phase in the high performance liquid chromatography-hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometer and the optimization of the hydride generation conditions such as current carrying capacity, reducing agent and carrier gas flow were established.Determination of As(III),As(V),MMA,DMA,AsB and AsC in Arsenic by Anion Exchange Chromatography-Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry.Extraction and purification steps: Comparison of the extraction of arsenic from different extractants. The method was simple, the purification effect was good, and the recovery rate was enough to meet the requirements. The method was simple and effective, and the recovery was better than that of the reagent. The separation conditions of six kinds of arsenic in marine algae were established: the Hamilton PRP-X100(250mm × 4.1mm id,10 ? m)anion exchange column was used as the mobile phase with 1.5mol / L ammonium dihydrogen phosphate as the mobile phase.(As),As(V),MMA,DMA,AsB and As C were successfully separated.A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)atomic hydride fluorescence spectrometry method was established. The detection limit was in the range of 0.710 ~ 2.218?g / L.The average recoveries(%)were 77.60 ~ 91.53 and the coefficient of variation(%)was 2.8 ~ 3.9 for four algae products with high arsenic content. In this study,HPLC-(UV)-HG-AFS detection method has the advantages of simplicity, rapidity, high sensitivity and good reproducibility. It can detect and confirm six different arsenic forms, detect low limit, recovery rate,Precision andother technical indicators to meet the limited requirements at home and abroad, suitable for algae arsenic in the form of detection, monitoring and confirmation. The method can effectively avoid the phenomenon of organic arsenic transition to inorganic arsenic in inorganic arsenic pretreatment, reduce the interference, increase the accuracy of the test, and more specifically show the main arsenic content in seaweed samples.
