Dynamic Evaluation Of Geological Hazard Vulnerability Of Mountainous Areas In The Upper Reaches Of The Min River

Minjiang river located in the transition zone,the first and second class is terrain on the uplift area in China,economic depths,and wenchuan earthquake disaster zone,is the typical mountain settlements development area,geological disasters,geological disaster vulnerability assessment is especially important for settlements.On the basis of field research,this paper has established the vulnerability assessment system of geological hazard in the upper reaches of minjiang river through the analysis of the data of the yearbook and the statistical methods of SPSS.According to the actual situation of three periods of the upper reaches of minjiang river and data access,and select the number of population density,ten thousand doctors,ten thousand village committees,building coverage,economic density,GDP per capita,road density,density of geological disasters,protective engineering quantity to 16 indexes such as settlement of geological disaster vulnerability evaluation index,comprehensive evaluation model based on entropy,by ARCGIS software,it is concluded that the entire area of the upper reaches of minjiang river,2006,2006,2015 settlements geological disaster vulnerability zoning map,and the mountains of the upper reaches of minjiang river settlement spatial and temporal differences of geological disaster vulnerability,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.Reached a conclusion:(1)annual vulnerability value the contribution of every index weight are different,but the road density,the density of the economy,building coverage and population density of mountain settlements of the upper reaches of minjiang river the most important factor of geological disaster vulnerability;(2)the area of the upper reaches of minjiang river settlement migration change is bigger,settlement due to national policy sharply reduced in recent years,from the traditional agriculture and animal husbandry hub gradually moved into cities,districts and counties of the county as the primary settlement migration destination should be to strengthen the construction of emergency preparedness capacity;(3)mountain settlement geological disaster vulnerability is the dynamic change of the upper reaches of minjiang river,in the biggest vulnerability in 2009,2015 times,2006 minimum,shows that the wenchuan earthquake has brought about great damage to the upper minjiang river,the 2015 low vulnerability that great achievements have been made in the reconstruction;(4)in the areas affected by wenchuan geology,such as wenchuan county and mao county,the vulnerable value is higher,and the highest in 2009;In wenchuan affected by the earthquake,smaller,less geological disaster development areas,mainly for the finest most area,affected by economic factors is bigger,faster economic development,vulnerability value increased year by year.At the same time,the damage value is also affected by the industrial structure and the policy capital input.Vulnerability as part of the risk evaluation is an indispensable part of the reasonable regional risk control,and the geological disaster vulnerability is part of the regional geological hazards risk control,this paper probes into the relationship between geological disaster vulnerability in time and space,found that areas of the upper reaches of minjiang river in recent years,great changes have taken place.Wenchuan earthquake influence,geological disasters,social economic condition,settlement migration and the transformation of the national culture deeply influence the mountainous area of the upper reaches of minjiang river settlement the change of geological disaster vulnerability,and in the face of rapidly changing trend of vulnerability,more targeted,fully considering the influence of various factors,in the construction of emergency culture propaganda,department coordination,geological disaster drills,introduction of foreign capital strength,project management,strengthen the construction of disaster relief material reserves,development at the same time,in the mountains to ensure people's lives and property security,economic and social healthy development.
