Debris flow is a typical geological disaster,which complex causes,broke out suddenly and destructive,thus the debris flow prevention and control has become one of the important tasks of the current engineering.Current debris flow rataining dam is mainly entity dam,light dam,crib dam,pile dam,etc.And comb dam has been applied more and more in recent years.Between the piers can pass through the smaller pieces of rock and the flow of water,and the whole can block large stones,to reduce mudslide damage.So it is especially suitable for dilute debris flow.Due to its' special forms,comb dam's stress is complex,and lack of perfect design standard and calculation theory,the comb dam piers' size parameters in engineering application mainly based on experience.This article is based on the comb dam of Sanchagou in Luding county Wuli village,combined with literature research,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation of finite element software ANSYS.Using the form of the comb dam piers end,thickness,different dam face slope ratio and width of the top of pier as variables.To analysis buttress time history,cracking,deformation,stress state,to exploring the comb dam piers dynamic response law of different structure parameters under impact loading.The following conclusion have been drawn from the study:(1)Cracking for stress concentration are easier at the corner of the comb dam pier.Thus the arc end pier is a superior form.(2)The thinner the buttress is,the larger deformation in the thickness direction.The deformation increases rapidly when the pier thickness is less than 1.0 m.(3)The smaller the buttress surface slope,the greater deformation of buttress is,and when the slope ratio is less than 1:0.6,the deformation increases rapidly.(4)The smaller the width of the piers' top,the smaller overall size of the piers,the larger deformation and stress would be caused.When the width is less than 1.5m,the deformation and stress increase rapidly.(5)When a large rock collision is applied on a single pier,the effect on the adjoining piers is small.The results of this paper can provide some references for the design of the piers.
