Self-elevating offshore platforms have become the main force for the development of offshore oil and gas resources because of their strong positioning capabilities and good operational stability,and they have been widely adopted by countries in the world.However,due to the unbalanced lifting load and the instability of the seabed foundation,jack-up offshore platforms face many great security risks.Especially in the lifting operation process,it is difficult to guarantee the platform's synchronous lifting status.Once the platform is self-balancing,the platform is damaged,and the platform is overturned,causing casualties.Therefore,it is very necessary to carry out the design and research of the platform synchronous lifting system.In this paper,a set of self-elevation offshore platform land simulation synchronous lift system is designed for the problem of synchronous lifting of jack-up offshore platforms.In the design,through the use of electro-hydraulic proportional technology,the flow rate of the hydraulic motor is controlled and adjusted.The flow rate of the lifted and fast leg motor is reduced.On the other hand,the lifted and slower leg motor increases the flow,so that the legs move synchronously up and down,thereby realizing the platform's Simultaneous lifting and lowering;At the same time,through the LabVIEW software,a set of platform lifting data acquisition system was developed to improve the reliability of platform safety operations.The main research content is as follows:(1)Research and analysis of the synchronous lift system of the jack-up offshore platform land simulation,the key technical parameters of the lift system were determined,and the calculation and selection of the lift of the synchronous lift system were performed.(2)By using AMESim software,the hydraulic lift system was modeled and simulated,and the displacement,pressure,and flow characteristics curves of the platform operation lift hydraulic motor were obtained.The simulation results show that the synchronous lift system design selection is feasible,and the lift platform is lifted through the simulation platform.The experiment verified the rationality of the synchronous lifting system.(3)A platform-based lift safety inspection system based on LabVIEW was developed to acquire key technical parameter data of structural stress,leg pressure,pile leg displacement,and lift load,platform tilt angle,and platform vibration frequency for platform lift operations.Platform operating conditions are obtained in real time to form a platform safety early warning system to improve the safety of platform lifting operations.
