In recent years,with the rapid growth of economy,the process of urbanization is speeding up.The improvement of the distribution probability of impervious surface is one of the most direct embodiment of urbanization,and the increase of urban impervious surface has led to a series of problems such as environment and climate.It is of great significance for the study of the distribution of urban impervious surface to regulate the ecological environment,climate,and the spatial structure of the city,as well as the urban environment and human planning.At present,the study on the regularity of urban impervious surface expansion involves a short period of time,and the research methods are relatively simple,and most of them remain in the simple temporal and spatial regularity,and lack of in-depth study.This study selects Fuzhou as the research center.Based on remote sensing technology,geographic information system technology,landscape ecology theory and fractal theory,this paper reconstructs the evolution process of impervious surface during the development of Fuzhou in the past 20 years.The temporal and spatial characteristics of Fuzhou’s urban expansion are analyzed from the perspective of pixel,sub-pixel and urban fractal.Then the temporal and spatial characteristics and fractal characteristics of Fuzhou’s urban expansion will be calculated.This will provide the city’s future planning,urban expansion,urban space to make reasonable adjustments to provide decision-making recommendations.The results show that there is an increasing trend in the impervious surface.Based on the analysis of the pixel scale,the development trend of the central city of Fuzhou gradually moves from the central city to the southern edge of the city and extends from northwest to southeast by Minjiang axis.The velocity of the impervious surface is positive auto-correlation and has a strong spatial dependence.Based on the analysis of the sub pixel scale,in the past 21 years,the coverage of impervious surface not only shows a trend from low to high in time but also shows a pattern from high to low in the space from the inside to the outside.The transformation mode of impervious surface coverage shows the main trend from singleness to diversity,from low degree to high degree.The spatial pattern of landscape experiences the process which is from agglomeration to dispersion.Based on the analysis of the urban fractal scale,the fractal character of the impervious surface expansion has obvious stage characteristics.The profile analysis shows that the degree of development from low to high is the South Bank of Minjiang-the central line of Minjiang-the direction of east and west-the direction of north and south,and the speed of urban expansion from low to high is the direction of north and south-the direction of east and west-the central line of Minjiang-the south Bank of Minjiang...
