With the vigorous development of the construction of the subway in China,the shield Machine has been paid attention to be the most practical methods of tunnel construction Nowadays.Because of the complex underground environment,it is necessary to have the front detection and prediction.Water shield barrier breaking technology is a new technology to accelerate the speed of construction.We found the use of echo generated by the water jet may be a kind of advanced detection methods compared to the existing technology more effective.The aim of this study is to analyze the possibility and accuracy of using the echo signal to distinguish target material and other features.The outline of this thesis as follows:Chapter 1:analyzes the development and research status of front detection technology,raise the waterjet detection technology,which should be a more effective means Compared with the existing technology.Chapter 2:Use the wavelet packet analysis and MFCC to extract the eigenvalue of the echo signal.The feature extraction procedure is completed and analyzed with the sample signal.Chapter 3:Introduce the GMM-HMMs models,and use this methods to complete the classification and discrimination of signals according to the eigenvalues extracted in the Chapter 2.Chapter 4:Establish simulation platform to acquisition the echo of impinging waterjet;analyze the results of detection and recognition,it is found that the recognition results basically meet the needs.Chapter 5:summary and Prospect.
