China is one of the countries that have most serious geological disasters in the world.The geological disasters such as landslides,debris flows,ground subsidence,settlement and ground fissures are widely distributed,and the activities are frequent and serious.In all types of geological hazards,landslides account for more than half of the total number of geological disasters each year,having the highest proportion.Landslide has a variety of natural,social and economic attributes,threatening the safety of human life and property and hindering the development of national and regional economy,so intensive study of landslides is of great significance.As the calculation process of the stability coefficient in the traditional slope stability analysis method is complicated and the reliability of the result is not high under the influence of subjective factors,a slope stability analysis method based on principal component analysis and random forest is proposed to establish the slope stability early warning system in this thesis.Firstly,this thesis introduces the background and significance of slope stability analysis,providing the theoretical basis for the necessity of building slope stability warning system.This thesis introduces the current research and existing problems of slope stability analysis method,and introduces the application of intelligent algorithm in slope stability analysis,laying the theoretical foundation for the design method of slope stability early warning system.Secondly,on the basis of the essence of the intelligent algorithm applied to the slope stability analysis,this thesis presents a method of slope stability analysis based on principal component analysis and random forest.The algorithm is introduced in detail,and the process of building the analysis model based on the algorithm is described.Thirdly,this thesis introduces the overall design of the slope stability warning system,introduces the working flow of the system and gives the overall design block diagram of the early warning system.this thesis describes the software design of the slope stability early warning system,and introduces the software design of data transmission unit,including the realization of wireless sensor network and the development of communication protocol,as well as the software design of data transmission unit,including human-computer interaction module,data analysis module and data storage module.Finally,this thesis collects the actual slope data and analyzes the accuracy of the principal component analysis and random forest slope stability analysis model.By experiment,the accuracy of the model in slope stability analysis can be improved by comparing with support vector machine,proving that the algorithm applied to the slope stability analysis is feasible.The actual data is analyzed in the system,to achieve early warning function and verify the reliability of the system.Experimental results show that the function of the slope stability early warning system based on the principal component analysis and random forest is complete.In addition,the system has a good human-computer interaction,easier for users.
