At present,the domestic and foreign researchers study the mechanism of high voltage electrostatic field to promote the distilled water evaporation by studying materials under the electric field in the process of the drying mechanism of a preliminary.The research methods are the results of comparative analysis of the wate before and after electric field treatment and lack of high voltage electrostatic field data results,which lead to the conclusion lacking the basis and even many scholars research results in the contradiction.Yet there have not been researched about high voltage electrostatic field evaporation of sea water or salt water.This paper used designed experiment device on the basis of forefathers' research to carry on the experiment and combinated theory research to explore mechanism of high voltage electrostatic field of promoting the sea water evaporation.Even the auther applied the technique of high voltage electrostatic field,the solar energy technology and distillation desalination technology in preliminary design of the high efficiency and energy saving water desalination system and device.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1)After having explored the effect of high-voltage electrostatic field evaporation of sea water and the boiling point by the independent designing experiment equipment,the results showed that the water evaporation rate of high voltage electrostatic field is from 1.4 to 2.1 times to the group under no electric field,and the temperature of the water drop speed was faster than the control group.The boiling point of water decreased with increasing of electric field intensity.And that high voltage electrostatic field could accelerate the water system of energy transfer and conversion,which proved that high voltage electrostatic field is destructive to the hydrogen bonding between water molecules from the macroscopic phenomena.2)The paper explored the influencing factor such as salt ions contained,electric field strength,temperature,relative humidity on the sea water evaporation rate in high voltage electrostatic field,and also qualitatively analyzed the effect of the influencing factors by combining experimental charts.The research found that controling properly field strength and the water temperature isthe key to explore the sea water evaporation rate and the mainly cause is other affecting factors affecting the size of the field in turn.3)It could be quantitatively analyzed water evaporation energy consumption in the high voltage electrostatic field through the experimental study and theoretical calculation of the water of the sea tons of energy consumption.The analysis of the experimental results showed that the water evaporation of tons of electric energy consumption amount was less than 10 kw h,and the efficiency was 1.5 to 2 times as much as normal.Appling the law of conservation of energy analyzed that energy consumption of promoting the water evaporation in high voltage electrostatic field contain the system internal energy of seawater and part of the electric energy,and that the electric field energy was not the main energy source of promoting water evaporation.4)Combining theoretical derivation and macroscopic phenomenon analyzed the main mechanism of promoting water evaporation in the high voltage electrostatic field due to destruction of hydrogen bonds between water molecules or between water molecules and ions other structure by high-voltage electrostatic field.5)Combining high voltage electrostatic field technology,the traditi-onal distilling desalination technology and solar technology was to preliminarily design a solar technology type high voltage electrostatic field(HVEF)desalination system and device,and carring on the preliminary design and instructions of a single system.It has been qualitatively analzed the various problems in a variety of conditions and put forward the corresponding measures and also analzed the advantages and disadvantages of the system.This paper also summarized the difficulties encountered or inadequate in the research process.At last,the auther put forward his own views and outlook for the vast number of scholars to discuss and research.
