The Jinchuan copper nickel deposit,located in Jinchang,Gansu Province,is one of the most important copper nickel sulfide deposits in China.The nickel reserves are ranked third in the world,and Jinchang has become a famous "nickel capital" in China.The deposit also contains a large number of copper,cobalt and platinum group elements,and its important status has become the research object of many scholars.The predecessors have done a lot of research on Jinchuan copper nickel ore,including chronology,genesis of ore deposits,geochemistry and mineralogy,but there is a lack of mineralogical evidence for the mineral derived from the core-mantle boundary.On the basis of the full collection and integration of previous research results,this paper carries out field geological observation and collection of typical ore samples of different mining areas in Jinchuan copper nickel ore,and carries out microscopic observation,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis,main elements and trace elements,and the source of metallogenic material,diagenesis and formation of Jinchuan copper nickel ore.The metallogenic relationship has been studied and the results are as follows:1.A large number of metal minerals were found by scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis.There are 13 newly discovered minerals of natural iron,iron ore,lead tellurium,natural copper,bismuthinite,natural nickel,ferrochromium alloy,oxygen silver ore(?),selenium bismuth ore,bismutite,technetium palladium ore(?),tellurium nickel ore,lead selenium ore.2.The natural iron-square iron ore assemblage in the newly discovered minerals is a substance formed in the boundary of the earth's core and mantle,which provides mineralogical evidence for the source of the metallogenic material of the Jinchuan copper nickel ore from the boundary of the nuclear mantle.3.By testing the main elements and trace elements of the ore samples in this work,the geochemical characteristics of the trace elements in the ore and rock samples are compared with the previous rock sample data.It is found that the content of the rare earth elements and other micro elements in the rock samples of the Jinchuan copper nickel ore is higher than the ore sample as a whole.Moreover,the contents of rare earth elements and trace elements in poor ore samples,medium ore samples and rich ore samples are decreasing in turn.The changes in the content of rare earth elements and trace elements in rock samples and ore samples,as well as the similarity of the distribution pattern,reflect the consistency of the two material sources,the mineralization process is the continuation of the diagenetic process,and the two has a close relationship.
