| In order to study the influence of edge barrier on system electron transport,the present research status and research methods of electron transport are introduced in the first part of this paper,after the establishment of the lattice model,the quantization phenomenon of two-dimensional electron system conductance using the scattering matrix theory and Green function methods were analyzed and finally using the Matlab analysis of the electronic conductivity.The research status of electronic transport by scientists in the past,the achievements made and the development direction after the electronic transport are described.The difference between the mesoscopic system and the macro system is briefly introduced,describes the electron transport in mesoscopic systems,electronic properties,the concept of the phenomenon of quantum dots and quantum dots in the transport properties,and introduces the application of the Laudauer-Buttiker theory,Green function,scattering matrix method.The theoretical derivation of the problems studied in this article is carried out,The results are analyzed by Matlab simulation and analyzed.Finally,it is found that the energy required for the electron transport is reduced and the transport channel is easier to open when the upper and lower edge barrier are less than the residual lattice barrier without impurity and without magnetic field;When the upper and lower edge barrier are greater than the rest of the lattice barrier,the energy required for electron transport becomes larger,it is difficult to open the transport channel;When the rest of the lattice barrier is between the edge barrier,the energy required for the opening and closing of the electron transport channel decreases first and then becomes larger.In the presence of the magnetic field and the edge barrier,the system conductance changes periodically with the change of the magnetic field,and the extremum of the system conductance decreases with the increase of the edge barrier.Because of the scattering effect of the intermediate scattering impurity,the larger the doping concentration is,the smaller the system conductivity is and the oscillation can occur with the electron incident.For the electronic energy special individual,because the electronic conductance peak ladder constructive interference,can achieve the ideal value of wire. |
