Huai'an area of Hebei Province is tectonically located in the middle section of the northern margin of North China Plate,and belong to the uplifted belt of Huai'an complex domal fold,where the geological conditions are rather favorable for mineralization.By collecting and collating the previous stratigraphic data of Huai'an area,this paper studies and discusses the formation of geological minerals in the prespective of stratabased on the conducting of 1:50000 regional geology and mineral survey supported by the project1.Renewedly determines and divides the strata of Huai'an area.186 single-point dating results of zircons sampled from Sanggan Group while measuring five profiles concentratedly reflect that the metamorphism maybe occurred at the end of Neoarchean,and part of Chongli Group can be categorized as Yousuobao Formation of Sanggan Group in combination with the studying results acquired during field work.Based on the zircon U-Pb dating results of two samples respectively sampled each from Shaqucun Formation of Jining Group and Taipingzhuang Formation of Hongqiyingzi Group,along with previous data,the diagenetic age of Hongqiyingzi Group and Jining Group can be limited to Paleoproterozoic.The zircon U-Pb dating results of two samples respectively sampled each from the volcanic rocks of Jiulongshan Formation and Zhangjiakou Formation indicate that the both Formations belong to the Mesozoic strata.2.Discovers the strata that liable to concentration and mineralization.This paper studies and summarizes the influence of the strata conditions upon the geological mineralization of Huai'an area mainly from the aspects of the distribution characteristics,lithologic characteristics,trace element content and ore-bearing potential of strata with different age.By comparing the five samples respectively sampled from Mashikou Formation and Yousuobao Formation of Sanggan Group,Fe element is potentially concentrated locally,and the set of strata can be the favorable area of Fe mineralization.The comparison results of five samples sampled from Shaqucun Formation of Proterozoic Jining Group reveal that the content of Pb element in the strata is apparently higher than its average of the area,which reflects that the strata are favorable for Pb mineralization,whereas the strongly enriched elements in five samples sampled from the Jurassic Jiulongshan Formation and Tuchengzi Formation,as well as Cretaceous Nantianmen Formation,are Ag and Pb.3.This paper discusses the relationship between the newfound occurrences worthy of further work and the strata,and analyzes the ore-controlling factors of the strata,finding the characteristics of strata plays an important role in the formation of minerals in the area,and the evolution of strata conditions directly impacts the formation of various minerals.
