Earthquakes have been a great natural disaster to mankind since history.Earthquakes often bring serious consequences and losses to people.Earthquake prediction is also a difficult problem that has puzzled people for a long time.With the development of science and technology,we have made lots of achievements.At present,the means of seismic precursor observation include geomagnetism,geoelectricity,deformation and underground fluid.The observation of underground fluid provides a lot of valuable data for earthquake prediction.The research shows that the birth and occurrence of the earthquake are closely related to the groundwater.The groundwater usually produces abnormal changes before earthquakes happens,including water temperature,water level,water mercury,water radon and so on.Therefore,the analysis and treatment of anomalies of groundwater precursory data is of great significance in earthquake prediction.The observation of groundwater flow has been paid much attention early.But it developed slowly because of the observation technology.At present,some stations have been equipped with digital flow observation instruments.This paper collates the data of Xichang station,Zhaojue station,Liaocheng station and Xinning station.We use linear regression and wavelet analysis to analyze the data,and select the abnormal parts of the traffic data in each station.The coefficient of the flow and pressure and solid tide have been calculated.The correlation coefficient between the flow and pressure in Xichang station is between-0.4 and-0.7,and the correlation between the flow and the solid tide is between 0.4 and 0.6.Through the analysis of the partial data of each station by the wavelet transform,we can see the abrupt part of the original data clearly by the detail part of the wavelet decomposition.It can be used to select the abnormal parts of the data and eliminate the interference and so on.The trend map has filtered out the small jump part well compared with the original data.The data graph becomes clearer and more smooth which reflects the regular change of flow.From the response of flow data of Liaocheng station and Zhaojue station to the surrounding earthquake,it is concluded that the flow will have some abnormal changes before and after the earthquake.The abnormal information can be extracted by the wavelet analysis.From the detail part,it is clear that the change of the flow is related to the earthquake,which shows that the flow can be sensitive to the stress field of the underground.This research provides a way of thinking for the sorting and analysis of flow data.It can remove the influence of noise by two methods of linear regression and wavelet analysis.It also builds a foundation for further research in the future.
