The development of geographic information system has permeated every aspect of society.3D geographic information system is a hotspot of current research in this field,compared with the traditional two-dimensional GIS technology with many advantages,can more vivid and intuitive description of the environment and show them,rather than the real thing was abstracted as a symbol.This paper designs a digital elevation modeling method based on constraint Delaunay.Geographic information system almost all functions is based on digital elevation model,and most existing digital elevation model based on unconstrained method,such establishing simulated topography is difficult to restore the real features.Constrained Delaunay is a variation of the Delaunay method,which is based on the design of an irregular triangle and a digital elevation modeling method.Step1 is to establish the initial triangulation network.Step2 is to find the triangulation network that conflicts with the constraint relationship;Step3 local side exchange;Step4 optimization of local triangles.Based on the software engineering method and the proposed digital elevation modeling method,this paper designs a 3D geographic information system suitable for park management.The system consists of three subsystems: three-dimensional modeling subsystem;Park information management subsystem;Tourism information platform subsystem.3D modeling application subsystem irregular triangle net digital elevation modeling method is put forward in this paper,the ability to park within the scope of geological environment set up 3D model,park information management subsystem can unified management of all kinds of documents and data,tourism information platform subsystem can be intuitive show to tourists all kinds of tourism resources and service facilities of the park.This paper presents the system demand analysis,the overall design and the database design,and introduces the system development environment and the software and hardware environment setup program in detail.Finally,combining with the results obtained from this research,the future development of this thesis is prospected.
