| In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet,domestic and foreign consumer habits have changed dramatically,e-commerce has become the backbone of consumer market,and logistics has come to new life.The e-commerce platform serves as the infrastructure of e-commerce to support the normal flow of information flow,flow of goods and capital flows in the e-commerce business.Its quality is important to e-commerce.The quality of e-commerce platform has two meanings:platform reliability and platform availability.Reliability refers to the e-commerce platform can be normal use,availability refers to the electronic commerce platform is easy to use,e-commerce platform better reliability and availability is the power of e-commerce business go smoothly,the key to creating value for enterprises.In this paper,the key links of reliability testing and usability testing of e-commerce platform are studied.First of all,this paper focuses on e-commerce platform testing,including reliability testing,usability testing and e-commerce platform working principle.n the basis of studying the working principle of e-commerce platform,the key technologies involved in reliability testing are analyzed,and the research direction of reliability test of this paper is determined.Secondly,based on the characteristics of Web-based e-commerce platform,using HTTP log analysis,we completed Markov chain model design and reliability test case generation algorithm for e-commerce platform,which provided a solid foundation for the reliability research of e-commerce platform.Then,based on the research of traditional software usability testing process,combined with the uniqueness of e-commerce platform,purposes,e-commerce platform usability testing process was optimized.The optimized process is personalized and targeted.Finally,taking the e-business platform developed by the laboratory as an example,the Markov chain model,the test case generation algorithm and the optimized usability testing process are tested in this paper.The experimental results show that the reliability model of the e-business platform and the use case generation algorithm are superior to the manual test,the optimized usability testing process can improve the accuracy of usability test results of the e-commerce platform,and the research results of this paper have practical value for improving the quality of e-commerce platform. |
