Cooperation and synchronization are ubiquitous both in nature and social system. How the cluster behavior of this large-scale individual has always been a concern. The complex network theory provides a powerful theoretical tool for the study of this group behavior. The traditional researches on cooperation and synchronization are carried out on a single-layer network, and there are few studies on group dynamics based on multi-layer interdependent networks. In view of this,we develop two-layer interdependent complex network models, and study the problem of cooperation and synchronization on these models. In this paper, the main reserach work is as follows:1.Cooperative game theory of improved Holme-Kim networks based on prisoner dilemma game.To model the cooperative behavior under the realistic world,we put forward a high clustering network model with the property of adjustable power-law on the basis of Holme-Kim network model, and analyze the evolution of the prisoner dilemma game on this network model.Using simulation experiments,we investigate the effect of high clustering property of this network on the cooperative behavior.Extensive simulations indicate that a high value of the clustering coefficient may greatly contribute to the emergence of cooperative behavior. We also find that with the increase of the temptation parameter, the level of cooperation will decrease, but the variation range is not wide.Altogether, this evolutionary game model can promote the emergence of cooperative phenomenon by resisting the spread of the strategy of betrayal.2.Research on cooperative behavior of interdependent two-layer Holme-Kim network. In the real world, networks often have the features of scale-free,high clustering and interconnection. In order to model these characteristics,we proposes an algorithm for constructing the interdependent Holme-Kim network and use tools of complex networks and evolutionary game theory to research the emergence of cooperation in our network model, where a Prisoner's Dilemma game is played.Through simulation experiments, the effects of the connection degree, the connection probability mentioned in thealgorithm and the temptation to defect in the payoff matrix of the Prisoner's Dilemma game are studied. Our results show that the lower the connection degree and the connection probability on the same scale of the network are,the easier cooperative behavior the network has. When the parameter of the temptation to defect is more than a certain threshold,a great number of defectors will be on the networks.3.Synchronization in delayed two-layer complex networks with feedback control. In this paper, synchronization of two-layer network model with transmission delay is studied.A feedback controller is introduced to the node of the network, and the sufficient conditions for synchronization of two-layer networks with the same transmission delay and different transmission delay are given respectively by the Lyapunov stability theory. Finally, the influence of different connection modes on the synchronization behavior of nodes is discussed in the simulation experiment.
