Study On Natural Shoreline Retention Rate Based On Hierarchical Control

The coastline has important ecological function and resource value,is the front position of developing marine economy,and is an important barrier of national ecological security.At the same time,the development and protection of the coastline is also facing a grim situation.With the rapid economic and social development in coastal areas,coastal and nearshore development intensity increasing,the scarcity of coastline resources have become more and more obvious,some of the typical resource environment and ecological value of the natural coastline continues to shrink.The protection of coastline resources has become an urgent problem to be solved.The natural shoreline control and the retention rate of research is a system engineering,has the characteristics of complexity,multi effect and comprehensiveness.Make full use of the principles of management control and decision making,to the greatest extent to overcome the subjectivity and arbitrariness,and ensure the scientific.From this research to solve practical problems of marine management,make full use of data of monitoring,ocean survey,the integrated use of management,economics and prediction models,established a set of scientific,operational,technical methods to determine the rate of ownership of natural coastline,to provide decision support for shoreline management.In this dissertation,the connotation of natural shoreline reservation rate is expounded,and the technical method of determining the natural shoreline retention rate is proposed based on the coastline classification management,and an empirical study is conducted in Fujian,Xiapu.In this dissertation,the ecological security concept,control theory and resource economics as a guide,the county of Xiapu coast in 4 control level are divided sections,and on this basis,according to the different sections of the different control measures,the trend of comprehensive attenuation method,grey analysis method,regression analysis method commonly used prediction model,calculation up to 2020 in Xiapu,the natural shoreline retention base,and proposed to determine the Xiapu natural shoreline retention rate target is proposed.The empirical study shows that the proposed hierarchical control method based on the natural shoreline maintain technical rate of research has good applicability and operability in Xiapu.The results of this study can provide the basis for the formulation of the relevant sea planning,the determination of the ecological protection red line and the development of coastal restoration and repair actions.
